Attention! Thanks to the "Con Punche Productivo" program, the Textile and Apparel Unit of CITEccal Lima of the Technological Institute of Production (ITP) of the Ministry of Production (Produce), will provide technical assistance services and free training to MYPES in the field, interested in applying to the MYPERú public procurement program.
During the months of September, October and November the UT Textil will be visiting the regions of Junín, Lambayeque, La Libertad, Cusco and Cajamarca. As a starting point, the Textile Unit intervened in the region of Puno to a total of 29 MSEs who participated in a theoretical-practical workshop where they addressed topics such as: Interpretation and elaboration of technical sheets, calculation of costs and consumption of fabric.
In addition, importance of quality control for the garments of the National Police of Peru (PNP) and interpretation of the bases of the NEC MININTER contest and modifications of Legislative Decree No. 1414.
With the transfer of knowledge of digital tools, MSEs will be able to implement improvements in the production and management processes of their workshops and be better prepared during the application process to the public procurement program.
Likewise, the specialists of the UT Textil visited the MSEs to carry out a technical advice which consisted of a technical review of the workshop facilities where a technical inspection was simulated which allowed to have a scope on the points of improvement before an application to the public procurement program.
With the technical assistance and advisory service, it seeks to strengthen approximately 252 MSEs nationwide by developing technology transfer, training and information dissemination services. In this way, the improvement of the production process of the companies in the sector is promoted and that they can help to better manage their administrative and production activities.
