In that sense, a dialogue table was carried out for the opening of the Technical Board of Collective Bargaining in the Education Sector. During the meeting, the Secretary of Organization, Humberto Gomez, presented the agenda and mentioned the participants of the Technical Table, including:

Meeting Development:
The technical table was led by Dr. Luz Edit Herrera Palomino, Regional Director of Education, who presented a report on the teaching hiring process. To date, 719 places have been awarded and additional processes have been carried out, such as file evaluation and hiring sports technicians, benefiting 15 educational institutions. In addition, in the extraordinary stage, there are still 37 vacancies in the process of award, including reduction of teaching profile and coverage of temporary teachers. The hiring of cultural promoters for three educational institutions has also been included.
Regarding the payment of remuneration, the elaboration of an additional form for hired teachers was reported:

Another key issue was the distribution of the Wasi Mikuna program, a food service with community approach that respects the cultural and gastronomic diversity of each region. Currently, this program serves 121,536 users in Ica.
Finally, the Regional Manager of Social Development of Gore Ica, Roberto Lopez Marinos, together with the Regional Director of Education, highlighted the commitment of the regional governor, Jorge Carlos Hurtado Herrera, with education throughout the region. It was also announced that a project is being worked on to provide each teacher with a laptop, thus strengthening the tools to improve teaching.
