They will allow the timely execution of public investment projects in the country. In order to strengthen the actions of sanitation of properties located in urban areas, the National Superintendence of Public Registries (Sunarp) approved the implementation of technical tables for registry guidance for the sanitation of urban property of municipalities.
This free service, as stated in resolution No. 00008-2025-SUNARP/SN published in the Official Gazette El Peruano, will allow Sunarp to provide support, guidance and specialized coordination to provincial and district municipalities in the development of their function of sanitation of urban property.
The creation of these technical tables implies the formation of spaces for dialogue and cooperation between the different actors involved in the field of urban property.
Regarding the regulation, the national superintendent of Sunarp, Armando Miguel Subauste Bracesco, said that given the challenges that the sanitation of properties located in urban areas represents for public management, the regulation will contribute to the unblocking of public investment projects.
The implementation of mechanisms that allow the legal regularization of properties is required under a comprehensive and coordinated approach between the entities involved in the sanitation process, he added.
The main objective of these tables is to provide technical and legal advice on registry matters, thus promoting an integrated approach to the sanitation of urban lands. One of its main benefits consists of addressing titling issues quickly and efficiently.
The technical tables for registry guidance for the sanitation of urban property for local governments come into effect on January 31.
