π Tender Overview
The Legacy Special Project has created LegadoLab, an initiative that will promote creativity, collaboration and the implementation of solutions to the different challenges faced by the Legacy Special Project, which will be in charge of the Office of Planning, Budget and Modernization.
Its objectives include fostering a culture of innovation, developing creative solutions to new challenges, driving operational efficiency and excellence in execution, through interdisciplinary stakeholder collaboration.
LegadoLab will promote the development of an innovation ecosystem with the active participation of various public and private, national and international entities.
Likewise, the initiative will bring benefits to the Special Legacy Project as well as to its users through innovative solutions in all processes related to services aimed at the development of talents, high-performance athletes and other community audiences, with avant-garde approaches and continuous improvement.
LegadoLab will have a board of directors that will regulate its operation, establishing processes, procedures and responsibilities of internal and external actors.
It should be noted that laboratories in different countries have been a driving force for change in the culture of innovation for the solution of problems that afflict society.
The first Public Innovation Lab was the Mind Lab in Denmark, followed by the UK's Policy Lab. In Latin and Central America, countries such as Mexico, Chile, Argentina and Ecuador have developed strategies linked to the public sector.
Likewise, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in the United States houses a laboratory dedicated to the research and development of advanced sports technology, through which emerging technologies in the sports world are enhanced, in order to optimize processes and impact the economy of athletes and future athletes.
In this way, the Special Legacy Project continues to work in favor of sports and citizenship, providing services with high quality standards through an infrastructure in optimal conditions, contributing to a better quality of life for all Peruvians.
