The District Municipality of Pachacamac received an ex officio visit from the Conadis Inspection team to verify the current employment situation regarding the employment quota of people with disabilities. Of a total of 489 servers they have just 4 people with disabilities representing 0.8 evidencing a breach of the regulations established in Law No. 29973.From January to June of the current year its servers with disabilities have not been affected by the covid-19 labor situation so they continue to carry out their activities remotely.Despite this they are aware of the low level of recruitment of people with disabilities for which they plan to carry out future calls with adjustments to the profiles of the positions in order to recruit staff with disabilities and progressively increase their quota. In this sense they require the Conadis to provide them with technical assistance in matters of disability and employment.Finally they are committed to continue implementing measures to preserve the employment of people with disabilities and servers in general.
