📋 Tender Overview
The registry entity will also present its technology applied to citizen identification and assistance. The National Registry of Identification and Civil Status (RENIEC) will participate in the APEC Citizen Fair with a stand that will offer services for duplicating and renewing DNIs; as well as the exhibition of its innovative technology in terms of identification and citizen service.
The DNIs processed during the fair will be collected at the Reniec agency in Jesus Maria (av. Talara 130) once the citizen has verified, via the website, that the status of their procedure has been completed.
During the APEC Citizen, the registry entity will also show the benefits of the Identification Tablets, tools designed for the registration of Peruvians in vulnerable situations during the itinerant campaigns carried out by the Directorate of Identity Restitution and Social Support (Drias).
Another of the attractions of Reniec will be the ID Peru technology, an application that validates the identity of Peruvians through facial and fingerprint biometrics when accessing State services and procedures, such as obtaining the C4 Certificate.
The APEC Citizen is an excellent opportunity for citizens and the rest of the world to learn about our innovations in identification and care processes. Thank you to Beneficencia de Lima and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the invitation that allows us to show our commitment to inclusion and access to identity, said Carmen Velarde Koechlin, national head of Reniec.
The Reniec Stand will be open from November 13 to 16, at the Perez Aranibar Child Care Center (Av. del Ejercito 750, Magdalena del Mar), from 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Admission is free.
