In response to the vacancy requests presented by the regional councilors Juan Ferrer Fabin and Rolando Flores Martn a debate was held before the plenary session of the Regional Council to approve or deny the process of said request.The regional president Juan Alvarado Cornelio was present at the ordinary session of the Regional Council where after a long debate and dialogue the vacancy request was rejected with 16 votes against and 3 in favor.The fact was adjudicated to the five grounds established in article 30 of the Organic Law of Regional Governments where it states that the vacancy is viable when presenting the supporting documentation required by each of the grounds which are for death physical or mental disability permanent duly accredited by the competent body and declared by the Regional Council and condemned or executed sentence for intentional crime with custodial sentence.In addition to ceasing to reside unjustifiably up to a maximum of one hundred and eighty 180 days in the region or for a term equal to the maximum allowed by law to make use of a license and lastly unjustified absence from the Regional Council three 3 consecutive sessions or four 4 alternated during one 1 year.The grounds are applicable only to regional councilors in the paragraph modified by Sole Article of Law No. 29053.For his part the regional president confirmed his commitment to continue working for the good of the Huanuquea population.
