The plan for PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES IN THE MICRO-GRIDS OF THE PROVINCE OF DATEM DEL MARANON was carried out, led by the Head of HR, Fransua Reategui Yapapasca, together with the managers of the Barranca, Cahuapanas, Pastaza, Morona, Manseriche and Andoas microgrids.
The main purpose of this meeting was to analyze the human resource needs and evaluate the professional, technical, and auxiliary care staff required for the exciting fiscal year 2024.
We understand the vital importance of this activity as it provides us with clarity on the budget needed. This will allow us to effectively manage the creation of new AIRSHP records for the hiring of the necessary personnel and thus meet the demands of our beloved DATEM province of Marañón.
