A group of 25 people who are in a situation of poverty and socio-labor vulnerability from the district of San Juan de Lurigancho have received free training from the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion (MTPE) to develop their own jobs and, in this way, integrate into the labor market in your community.
This training, provided through the National Productive Youth Employment Program, allowed participants to acquire knowledge in various areas, such as strengthening business, socio-emotional, leadership and innovation skills. In addition, they learned to develop business plans, carry out market and environmental analysis, carry out commercial diagnoses, as well as develop sales forecasts, sales strategies and techniques, among other aspects.
Users of the National Productive Youth Employment Program presented their profitable business plans and models, applying all the knowledge acquired. During this presentation, they showcased their products and services, explained their purchasing, storage and marketing strategies.
The training culminated with a closing ceremony at the headquarters of the National Productive Youth Employment Program, where participants received their training certificates. The ceremony was presided over by the executive director of the Program, Chou Gaspar Marca, who motivated users to pursue their dreams and projects, highlighting the importance of training in their work, personal and professional growth.
The beneficiaries expressed their gratitude to the Ministry of Labor and Employment Promotion for the training provided through the National Productive Youth Employment Program. They stated that the information acquired will be very useful in the development and implementation of their ventures and business ideas.
