The District Municipality of La Molina is proud to announce that it has been recognized with the prestigious Municipal Seal INCLUIR PARA CRECER Gestion local para las personas in its eighth edition. This award, granted by the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion (MIDIS), highlights the commitment of the municipal administration to improve the quality of life of residents and promote social development in the district.
By participating in this national competition, the Municipality of La Molina demonstrated its ability to implement quality, articulated and results-oriented public services, in line with the objectives of the National Development and Social Inclusion Policy. During the months of May to November, various actions were carried out to meet the established requirements, thus achieving this important recognition.
Highlighted achievements:
Fulfillment of goals: The Municipality of La Molina successfully met the 3 products and 5 mandatory condition indicators, as well as 2 optional products assigned.
Special recognition: In addition to the Municipal Seal, La Molina received special recognition for its outstanding management in: Priority care for pregnant women and newborns: Programs and services focused on maternal and child health were implemented as well as Health Promotion in adolescents: Initiatives were developed to promote healthy lifestyles and prevent risks in adolescence.
This achievement is the result of the joint effort of the District Municipality of La Molina, its officials and collaborators, who worked hard to improve the quality of life of the neighbors.
Karina Wong, Human Development Manager, highlighted the importance of this recognition and stated that this achievement is an incentive to continue working in favor of the most vulnerable and build a more inclusive and equitable community.
