The Ministry of Culture approved the Security Plan of the Central Headquarters of the Ministry of Culture 2021-2023 through RM 000297-2021-DM MC signed by the Minister of Culture Gisela Ortiz.The objectives of this plan are to safeguard peoples lives during an eventuality or accident be it fires earthquakes etc. and to reduce possible negative effects adapting preventive actions and timely response to their occurrence.It also seeks to provide help protection and security to people in the event of possible emergencies acting optimally and efficiently to minimize the risk by evacuating them to safe areas determined in the tests carried out and strengthen the institutional image.It is worth mentioning that the Office of National Defense requested the approval of the Security Plan of the Headquarters of the Ministry of Culture for its validity in the period 2021-2023 because it is the organic unit of the General Secretariat in charge of planning programming execute and supervise security actions and disaster risk management.Likewise the General Office for Planning and Budget concludes that the activities considered in this plan are contained in the 2021 Annual Institutional Operational Plan POI and the 2022-2023 Multiannual POI of the organic units responsible for their execution.
