Improvement works will benefit thousands of neighbors and transform public space into a modern and accessible place. In his commitment to improve the quality of life of the residents of San Juan de Lurigancho, the municipal management led by Mayor Jesus Maldonado continues to promote works in all areas of the district. This time, the residents of the flowers will be the beneficiaries of the integral remodeling of the Concordia Park, a project that seeks to transform this space into a modern, safe and accessible place for the entire community.
Mayor Maldonado placed the first stone, marking the official start of the works that will include the remodeling of the three sports slabs, the construction of stands, the installation of access ramps for people with reduced mobility, the improvement of the lighting system and the implementation of childrens games. In addition, a canine area for community pets will be created, among other improvements.

This project is part of the Comprehensive Plan for the Recovery of Public Spaces that the Municipality has been executing, with the aim of providing the residents of decent and safe areas for their enjoyment, as already done in parks such as Central de Buenos Aires, the Chalan de Campoy and Ganymedes. The works in the Concordia Park have already begun and its delivery is expected to mark a before and after in the life of the residents of the flowers.
The Municipality reiterates its commitment to continue working for the well -being of all neighbors, prioritizing works that positively impact the community and contribute to the integral development of the district.
