As a result of the success and reception that had the implementation and management of the SISGER software in the Moche Valley by the User Commissions the Board of Water Users of Valle Vir requested the CHAVIMOCHIC Special Project PECH through its specialists of the Subgerencia de Desarrollo Agricola to replicate the SISGER Software in its Commissions so it proposed to the Commission of Users of Santa Clara as a pilot Commission for said implementation informed Eng. Jhon Cabrera Carlos Manager of the Libertea Irrigation.The implementation of the SISGER Software in the Santa Clara Users Commission included daily training for the staff of the Tariff Area of the Board of Users and the sectorists in charge of water distribution as well as the tests of the different modules that comprise the SISGER said Eng. Gary Cortijo Deputy Manager of Agricultural Development of PECH.The collection staff of the Board of Users already having the respective training launched the sale of water by the regulated and unregulated modality depending on the irrigation sector in the SISGER system. Likewise once the sale of water was concluded the sectorists of the Users Commission decided to carry out the irrigation programming taking into account the new functionalities of the system such as the order of distribution depending on the branch served. With this start-up there are more than 700 users and 1500 ha of irrigation benefited in the Vir Valley.Eleuterio Gonzales Pulido member of the Board of Directors of the Users Commission thanked the CHAVIMOCHIC Special Project for its deployment and articulated work that has been carried out to achieve the objectives set for this year also emphasized that in this new system provides detailed and updated information on the Register of Users Irrigation Infrastructure catchment of each agricultural property among other items.
