The validity of DS No. 095-2024-EF was announced, which came into force for new requests for care.
The National Institute of Civil Defense (INDECI), through the Technical Secretariat of the Fund for Interventions in the Occurrence of Natural Disasters (FONDES), carried out a busy work this week providing a total of 49 technical assistance and guidance, two of which They were carried out virtually with the purpose of answering doubts of the authorities who submitted financing requests for the Identification of Optimization, Marginal Expansion, Rehabilitation and Replacement Investments (IOARR).
In this sense, the FONDES technical team carried out the evaluation of 97 requests for interventions in various municipalities nationwide. It is good to note that this step constitutes a great advance in the verification and evaluation of documents because it allows the financing applications submitted to be analyzed and examined.
A large number of documents do not comply with the technical-financial guidelines established in current regulations, therefore, they are returned with the corresponding observations when they cannot be corrected in the corresponding times and typologies.
It should be noted that coordination meetings are currently being established with the various sectors through the Presidency of the Council of Ministers (PCM), with the purpose of establishing and coordinating the flow of financing requests between the various entities and the route of your attention according to the provisions of current regulations.
Likewise, the meetings called by the General Office of Information and Communications Technologies (OGTIC) have been attended in accordance with the established guidelines. In the coming days, it is planned to begin the work of digitizing the passive archive of FONDES documentation, as well as continue with the technical guidelines and absolution of observations on the different documents.
