Currently, patients complete the entire sampling process in only approximately 15 minutes; thanks also to the 14 blood collection points implemented in this new location, which contributes to a faster flow within the service.
An average of 2 thousand patients a day are being treated, that means around 8 thousand samples daily and approximately 14 thousand patients benefiting each week. The hours of operation at the Laboratory Sampling Service at the Rebagliati hospital are Monday to Saturday from 5:45 am to 7:00 pm and the testing process is carried out until 10:45 am.
