The properties will be placed at prolimous custody for restoration and care. In a joint action carried out by the Legal Affairs Management and the Emilima Real Estate Management Management, two properties located in the Jiron Rufino Torrico 122 and 126 of the Cercado de Lima were recovered. These properties belong to the Metropolitan Municipality of Lima and are under the administration of Emilima.
On the aforementioned properties were people who entered illegally, which is why immediate actions were taken to recover them in the spot.
It should be noted that these properties will now be delivered to prolima, the entity responsible for their restoration and care, in order to preserve their historical and cultural heritage.
With these actions, Emilima reaffirms its commitment to the protection and recovery of the real estate of the city, for the benefit of the community and the Lima heritage.
