On July 22, the Embassy of Peru in Thailand organized the second day of the workshop "Paint your own Torito de Pucará", which had a greater participation. It was held at the Siam Discovery shopping center in Bangkok, within the framework of the exhibition "Torito de Pucará, ambassador of the Peruvian highlands".
During the activity, 80 people, including Thai population and foreigners living in Bangkok, participated in this workshop. Children, teenagers and adults expressed their creativity by painting statuettes inspired by the "Toritos de Pucará".
Through the workshop, the Embassy of Peru managed to involve the Thai population and foreigners in learning about this important Peruvian heritage, to generate greater appreciation and knowledge of our country.
With the second workshop, the goals set by the organization were exceeded. 140 bulls painted between the first and second day of "Paint your own Torito de Pucará". This reaffirms the commitment of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to promote Peruvian cultural wealth internationally.
