With the aim of ordering the rules on electronic filing of titles with notarial intervention before the different legal registries Sunarp approved systematizing consolidating and regulating in a single normative body more than 20 resolutions that incorporate various registrable acts for their presentation and processing through the Digital Intermediation System of the Sunarp SID-Sunarp. In this way the knowledge and application of the acts to be registered is more accessible practical and viable for citizens notaries and the registry bodies themselves.Among the different registrable acts referred to in the recently approved norm are the sale of land the definitive registration of intestate succession and the constitution of companies. In addition all registrable acts formalized with notarial intervention for presentation processing and registration are included.As is known the Sunarp Digital Intermediation System SID-SUNARP allows the generation presentation processing and registration of a title made up of electronic documents with digital signature in order to provide the public registration service in a secure and efficient environment for those administered.It is worth clarifying that the incorporation into the Digital Intermediation System of Sunarp SID-Sunarp does not include instrumental transfers issued by consuls when they exercise notarial function outside the country or those instruments granted outside the national territory in accordance with the foreign legal regime instrumental transfers issued by the General Archive of the Nation or by the Departmental Archives corresponding to the documentary collection of the dismissed notary and decisions issued by courts or arbitral bodies.It should be remembered that considering the national health emergency due to Covid-19 Sunarp seeking the digital transformation of all registration procedures of notarial origin issued more than 20 resolutions that provided for incorporating and authorizing registrable acts to be presented and processed through the SID-Sunarp the same ones that today are repealed as a result of the systematization carried out.
