The MTC Ministry of Transport and Communications through Provias Nacional, continues to decide the project for the construction of the Juana Rios and Access Bridge, which will be built at kilometer 63+100 of the section of the Chiclayo - Chongoyape - Chongoyape - Cumbil bridge, department of Lambayeque.
As part of the previous interventions to be able to execute the work, it is necessary to make the free availability of the land and the release of the areas that will be affected by the right of way in this important infrastructure project located in the national road network on the road that connects the Lambayeque regions with Cajamarca.
In this regard, on March 13, an eviction operation was carried out with the support of the National Police of Peru, representatives of the Public Prosecutors Office of the Ministry of Transportation and Communications, as well as specialists from Nacional Provi These areas, so it was necessary to suspend the diligence to safeguard the physical integrity of both officials and people involved.
It should be noted that the diligence is carried out in compliance with Law 30230 and the corresponding procedures being followed.
To date, the project has almost all acquired properties with the exception of few cases of occupants in the area of the right of track that requires being released; since Nacional proceeded and made the payments product of the compensation according to the appraisals to the owners and occupants who have documented the property, the possession and/or ownership of the affected properties, in accordance with Legislative Decree No. 1192 and their amendments.
In this regard, once again, the population is urged not to be surprised by unscrupulous people who encourage invasions and traffic with land owned by the State, and to the authorities to promote compliance with the rules and actions that allow the development and progress of road projects that will benefit more Peruvians.
