With the aim of monitoring compliance with 5 of the labor quota for people with disabilities as established in article 49 of the General Law on Persons with Disabilities officials from the Department of Inspection and Sanctions of CONADIS visited the district municipalities from Santa Mara del Mar y Ate.The first visit was made in the Santa Mara del Mar district they were received by the deputy manager of Human Resources Management who provided the necessary information related to personnel in the modalities of Administrative Contracting of Services CAS in accordance with legislative decrees N 728 and 276 respectively.The municipal council has 58 servers of which five 05 are people with disabilities their level of compliance is 8.6 exceeding what is stated regarding the percentage that public entities are obliged to hire from their total staff. .In the municipality of Ate they were informed that the payroll of the staff is 3329 workers 70 are people with disabilities which only represents 2.1 of the labor quota with respect to what is indicated in the General Law of Persons with Disabilities.Likewise the sub-management of human resources of the municipality of Ate reported that the 70 workers with disabilities are licensed and have credit and that from January to June there is no job separation of the aforementioned servers.The representatives of both municipalities promised to preserve the work of people with disabilities since it is a right established by law and it is mandatory to comply with the labor quota that the State promotes.Finally CONADIS will continue with its work of supervising the district municipalities of Metropolitan Lima complying with the provisions of articles 45 and 49 of Law No. 29973 General Law of Persons with Disabilities within the framework of Supreme Decree No. 044- 2020-PCM the visits will be replicated progressively throughout the country through the Regional Coordination Centers-CCR.
