The Comptroller General of the Republic warned the payment for works not executed in the construction of the road or carriage trail that includes the Vista Alegre- Chamayog- Spring- Spring section, in the Yanahuanca district, Daniel Alcides Carrion province, so the Daniel Alcides Carrion Provincial Municipality was recommended to adopt corrective actions.
The work called as the creation of the Vehicle Transitability Service began in September 2024 with an investment of S/ 2 138 190 and a period of 90 calendar days. In the Control Milestone Report No. 006-2025-OCI/0447-SCC, it is indicated that the contractor in charge of the works reported having made the construction of sewers, containment wall, excavation, mailboxes, concrete placement, among other items, so that the entity makes the corresponding payment.
However, during a physical inspection of the work, the control team evidenced that these works were not executed 100% or according to the provisions of the technical file.
This situation was not observed by the entitys work and servers; who granted compliance to the contractors reports, and then processed and paid through payment notes.
Likewise, it was verified that the work resident would be performed in the same position in the work of improvement and expansion of the institutional operational or missionary services in healthy spaces in attention to the citizen in social and economic development of the Pillco Marca district, in the Huanuco region, generating the risk that the work is not carried out with the correct supervision and technical quality of the work.
The control report was timely notified to the head of the mayor to adopt the necessary actions. It is also published on the institutional web portal of the Comptroller www.gob.pe/contraloria.
