On Tuesday, April 30, the installation session of the District Commission for the Implementation of Law No. 30364 (Law to Prevent, Punish and Eradicate Violence against Women and Members of the Family Group) of the Superior Court of Justice of Piura was held.
This activity was led by the senior judge of the Second Criminal Court of Appeals of Piura, Cruz Elvira Rentería Agurto, where the judge of the Fourth Family Court of Piura, Jacqueline Rosario Espinoza Ortiz; the head of the Planning and Development Unit, Eduardo Walter Rengifo Infante; the head of the Judicial Services Unit, Walter Julio Galecio Gonzales; among others.
It should be noted that the objective of this Commission is to design and implement institutional actions that contribute to the eradication of violence against women and family members in the Judicial District of Piura.
