The CITEccal Lima of the Technological Institute of Production ITP of the Ministry of Production Produce demonstrates once again the accuracy of its results after achieving more accurate values compared to other laboratories internationally. All this in the 37th round of aptitude tests PEP organized by Brazils National Industrial Learning Service SENAI in tests applied to rubber elastomers one of the materials used in the manufacture of footwear. The evaluation was performed for the following five physical tests Determination of density abrasion resistance Determination of hardness tear resistance and permanent compression deformation. These tests evaluate the quality of rubber-based components such as soles or floors used in footwear. In this international event 60 entities have participated including laboratories research centers universities and companies. The participation of the CITEccal Lima laboratory responds to its Quality Management system which aims to deliver services with high standards to MSMEs in Peru. The results obtained demonstrate the reliability of the test reports issued by the CITEccal Lima laboratory. In this way MSMEs in the field have a technological service for rubber that guarantees optimal and truthful responses nationally and internationally. CITEccal Lima is part of the Technical Committee for Standardization of Leather Footwear and Derivatives of the National Quality Institute Inacal which promotes the development of Peruvian technical standards through quality parameters.
