A total of 8239 agribusiness production units in the Arequipa region will benefit from the installation of sophisticated software called Client Relationship Management CRM at CITEagroindustrial Majes which will allow optimization of management with businessmen. The CRM is a database that helps establish links and get to know the clients needs much more closely in order to have a better traceability of the solutions or improvement proposals carry out the promotion of products of the companies and publicize the training services in technological and productive knowledge offered by CITE. Internally it allows managing information such as number type location date technological services offered trends or patterns in operations and the impact of the implemented solutions in order to make decisions direct and improve the services offered. The software was acquired thanks to the financing of the project Strengthening the supply of advisory services and support for technological development and innovation in the agro-industrial chain of Arequipa by CITE Agroindustrial Majes financed by Proinnovate Peru.
