📋 Tender Overview
The Municipality of La Molina, through the Urban Development, Urban Planning and Cadastre area, reported that during the last year 1,721 certificates were issued that promote investment and the orderly and sustainable development of the district.
These certificates include documents on urban and building parameters, cadastral, jurisdiction and nomenclature. Their issuance allows citizens and companies to know the technical characteristics of a property, facilitating decision-making on the projects that can be developed, whether for single-family housing, multi-family housing or businesses, in compliance with current regulations.
A certificate of urban parameters is a key technical tool that establishes the requirements that buildings must meet to be legal and safe. In addition to being an essential requirement to obtain a building license, this certificate is useful for other purposes, such as the sale of land, by indicating relevant information such as the maximum height allowed for construction.
The Municipality of La Molina reaffirms its commitment to the sustainable and planned growth of the district, ensuring that each project contributes to a more orderly and efficient city.
