📋 Tender Overview
Complying with the mandate of the Executive Council of the Judiciary (CEPJ), the members of the governing body, Elvia Barrios Alvarado and Johnny Cáceres Valencia, held a working meeting with the judges of the National Superior Court of Specialized Criminal Justice (CSN).
The president of the CSN, Dr. Octavio César Sahuanay Calsín, presented information on the management and production rates of the Preparatory Investigation Courts, Collegiate Criminal Courts and Criminal Appeals Chambers with special emphasis on the "Lavajato" cases; and courts in liquidation.
Participants in the meeting exchanged ideas and suggested the adoption of a series of measures aimed at streamlining the complex processes that fall within the purview of the CSN.
On the other hand, Dr. Sahuanay met with the general manager of the Judicial Branch, Jaime Gómez Valverde, the manager of real estate infrastructure, Jorge Poma Távara and other officials to learn about the progress of the construction of the new institutional headquarters of the CSN, located at the intersection of Jirón de la Unión and Uruguay Avenue.
