The District Municipality of Castilla carried out a cleaning operation on the left bank of the Piura riverbank where they managed to collect 13 tons of solid waste.This day is given to maintain these areas clean to preserve the environment in the district.
This operation began from very early, with the participation of 25 municipal workers who cleaned the optimized slabs of the left bank of the riverside defenses. As well as the Bolognesi bridge area to Tacna Avenue, where they collected solid waste that for days the bad neighbors throw in these areas.
We want a clean district and that people take care of public environments. We want our district to continue to be friendly, for what we want our neighbors to help us take care of the environment, so that when there is some type of pollution, they will notify us to intervene and fine the tricycleros, said Public Services Manager, Oscar Cortez
