📋 Tender Overview
The Public Ministry reiterates its commitment in the battle against deforestation in Peru. In that sense, an important inter -institutional agreement with the Amazonian Association for the Amazon (AMPA) has signed, with the aim of promoting sustainability in the management of forest heritage and wildlife.
This agreement will allow the realization of workshops, seminars and conferences to strengthen the capacities of the operators of the Specialized Prosecutors in Environmental Matters. It will also contribute to the strengthening of operators skills in the use of data, tools and satellite monitoring equipment.
In the same way, it will strengthen the use of technological tools and equipment in the procreated tax confirming areas, timber and non -timber forest concessions; as part of the forestry and wildlife law, and the law of protected natural areas.
It is important to indicate that the scope of this agreement covers the extensions of the Department of San Martin and other Amazon regions of the field of influence of the Amazonian Association for the Amazon (AMPA), and the National Network of Voluntary and Community Conservation Amazon.
