π Tender Overview
PRESS RELEASE
The Payment link functionality in the e-Terra application, which allows authorized persons and notaries to send the beneficiary a unique link by e-mail or SMS, so that he can pay the fees to ANCPI personally with the card, has been reactivated starting today, August 20, 2026.
Between August 11-19, 2026, the cadastre and real estate advertising offices throughout the country registered 329,476 requests, of which 279,242 were resolved.
ANCPI staff is working to resolve accumulated claims
The high volume of requests is mainly determined by the backlog of requests from the period when e-Terra was not available. Recovering the outstanding activity and returning to normal work flows as quickly as possible are priorities for ANCPI.
ANCPI staff works to manage the volume of requests, respecting applicable legal deadlines and procedures. At the same time, the technical and operational teams constantly monitor the operation of e-Terra and the degree of system load and implement measures to optimize performance and streamline the processing of requests.
Due to the large number of requests registered in a short period of time, longer waiting times may occur, both for accessing the application and for processing some requests. ANCPI aims to gradually reduce the backlog and return to normal work flows.
The other IT systems will be restarted in stages
At this stage, the resumption of operation only concerns the integrated e-Terra system.
The other online platforms managed by ANCPI - Registry of Transcripts and Inscriptions (RTI), MyEterra, Registry of Landlords, Land Titles and Geoportal - will be brought back into operation in a phased manner after the necessary checks are completed.
ANCPI will publicly announce, through official communication channels, the restart of each platform.
Dedicated telephone lines for information and support
For information and guidance on accessing and using the e-Terra application, as well as for situations encountered in the process of resuming activity, users can call the lines dedicated to the Call Center:
0749 012 525
0749 016 331
0735 950 582
ANCPI recommends users to call these numbers for information and support and, when the situation can be clarified by phone, to avoid additional trips to the offices of the cadastre and real estate advertising.
ANCPI will continue to inform the public and partners about the evolution of the activity, the measures adopted to reduce waiting times and the phased reinstatement of the other IT systems.
