In order to guarantee the right of identity nationality and citizenship to a vulnerable sector of the population the deputy Carlos Portillo PLRA-Alto Paran presented the bill That establishes the exemption in payment for the issuance of Identity card for people with disabilities .The document talks about the exemption in payment for the issuance of identity card to people with disabilities. Beneficiaries must prove this condition by means of a certificate issued by the National Secretariat of Human Rights of Persons with Disabilities SENADIS.We know of the enormous difficulties that people with disabilities go through as well as their closest relatives the expenses they incur daily and the difficulties that their mobility entails said the designer deputy Portillo.It emphasizes in another point that the Ministry of the Interior must include in its budget of expenses of the following year the costs that entail the implementation of the present Law.We have the conviction that we must break down every day all those barriers that hinder and delay the development of all Paraguayans This is a means it may not represent a definitive solution for cases that arise but I am sure that it will give relief to all those affected said deputy Carlos Portillo.
