The software company Mintra has been admitted to trading on Merkur Market. Mintra is a digital learning and Human Capital Management software company headquartered in Norway. Recently Mintra raised NOK 500 million through a private placement. The placement attracted strong interest from high-quality Norwegian Nordic and international institutional investors and was multiple times oversubscribed announced Mintra. The net proceeds from the issue of the new shares will be used to accelerate organic growth and execute our MA plans.
