On the morning of April 17, Ninh Binh Department of Tourism held a press conference to inform about Ninh Binh Tourism Week 2026 - an annual tourism event with many unique and rich activities that will be held for about 10 days (end of May 2026). Through a series of unique activities such as the Opening Ceremony of Tourism Week, Tam Coc Golden Festival, Trang An Creative Music Festival - Forestival, Festival Yosakoi Vietnam, the opening ceremony of marine tourism and many cultural and artistic activities, Ninh Binh wishes to bring visitors a colorful experience space, where tradition and modernity blend, where heritage is continued with creativity. The highlight of the Tourism Week is the Opening Ceremony scheduled to be held at Dinh Tien Hoang Square (Hoa Lu ward), with the participation of about 1,000 delegates including central and local leaders and representatives of international organizations, businesses and media agencies. The art program with the theme Thousand-year-old drawings is elaborately staged with about 200 artists and actors, divided into three chapters: Legend of Tam Coc - Discovery and experience - Ninh Binh, the worlds destination. The real-life stage combines modern LED, lighting and projection technology, creating a multi-dimensional art space, connecting the past - present. Within the framework of Tourism Week, many unique cultural, artistic and tourist activities will be held such as: Tam Coc Yellow Festival (end of May 2026): Organize a tour, experience ripe rice fields, combine a procession of agricultural offerings and perform folk arts at points on the Ngo Dong River tourist route such as Thanh wharf, Ca cave, Hai cave, Ba cave.
