Innovations are provided for by Resolution of the Council of Ministers No. 413 of August 14, 2026 On the procedure for the participation of heavy and (or) large-sized vehicles in road traffic, which clarifies the norms of the corresponding instructions approved by Resolution of the Ministry of Transport of August 25, 2011 No. 50.
The changes apply only to transport, the movement of which on public roads, road structures on them, as well as the streets of populated areas is permitted under a special permit issued by RUE Beldorcenter to business entities in accordance with the legislation on administrative procedures.
