Each level of qualifications is described as consisting of three main components: Knowledge; skill; level of autonomy and personal responsibility. Description of qualifications is oriented, general, and generally applicable to all fields of training; specified in training program standards; not associated with specific industries, occupations, education and training programs or entry conditions. Each qualification level regulates the minimum learning load of training programs for main stream input subjects (specified in the National Education System Structural Framework). Qualification levelsLevel 1: Demonstrates the ability to perform simple, repetitive tasks and work according to procedures or instructions, under direct supervision.Level 2: Demonstrates the ability to perform and solve problems. one or more of the basic and predictable tasks of a profession under general supervision; the ability to apply appropriate techniques, technology and digital tools to work. Level 3: Demonstrate the ability to competently perform the tasks of the industry or profession in relatively stable working conditions and a familiar environment; have the ability to select and apply appropriate processes, methods, techniques, and technologies to work; work independently or in groups; Take responsibility for your own work results. Level 4: Demonstrate the ability to perform and solve the tasks of the industry and profession in changing conditions; Ability to analyze, select, adjust and improve processes, methods, techniques and technologies within the scope of work; Work independently, adapt to a fluctuating working environment, coordinate effectively within a team; Able to guide, provide technical support and mentor others in performing work; Take responsibility for your own work results and assigned work in the group. Level 5: Demonstrate the ability to perform and solve complex, difficult-to-predict tasks of the industry and profession; Able to propose and implement solutions for improvement and innovation in professional activities; apply modern technology to work, guide and supervise others in the work group. Level 6: Demonstrate the ability to apply comprehensive knowledge and critical thinking to analyze, synthesize, and solve complex problems in diverse career contexts; have innovation capacity, entrepreneurial spirit, adapt to the development of science and technology; Participate in managing professional activities and implementing social responsibilities. Level 7: Demonstrate the ability to master advanced knowledge; have the ability to research, develop and apply in-depth knowledge (for research orientation) or solve in-depth, interdisciplinary problems in professional practice (for application orientation); have innovation capacity, management capacity and professional leadership. Level 8: Demonstrate the capacity to create new knowledge, develop new theories or methods or solve practical problems of the professional field or society; have the ability to do independent research at the highest level and direct the development strategy of the professional field.
