The candidate does not have to submit a paper copy (except in cases where the foreign educational institution requires a paper copy); g) Other documents (if any) as required by the scholarship program and the sending agency. 3. Procedure: a) Candidates submit 01 set of documents specified in Clause 2 of this Article to the sending agency directly. at the One-Stop Department or via postal service or online at the National Public Service Portal or National Identification Application; b) Within 90 days from the deadline for receiving application documents, the sending agency organizes the admission process in accordance with the regulations of each scholarship program, the candidate shall make the additions at the request of the sending agency to issue a decision approving the list of pre-qualified or admitted and approved candidates Notify candidates of results via email or other electronic form as prescribed. For applications submitted through the National Public Service Portal, the results of the procedure will be returned on the National Public Service Portal.
