Zambia has boosted gemstone skills development with the handover of modern gemmological equipment to Gemstone Processing and Lapidary Training Centre (GPLTC) in Ndola. Supported by the ILO and EU, the investment will strengthen training, promote value addition, and prepare a skilled workforce for the mining and gemstone industry.
