Project developer Heijmans has started the construction of land-bound sustainable homes on the edge of the village center of Bodegraven. The 31 houses on the station side of the former Domburg site will be the first to be realized. Included are the 22 free sector rental properties for an investor. Heijmans and Mozaek Wonen signed a building contract for this in June. The environmental permit was submitted at the end of June. The municipality will provide the land for the apartment building at the beginning of October. Heijmans expects to start construction in November 2019.
