1.2 million insured have switched to another health insurer. This is evident from figures from Vektis. That is 6.7 of the insured. The switching figure is therefore slightly higher than last year 6.5. The switching percentage has fluctuated between 6 and 7 for years.Switching Insured persons could take out a new health insurance policy for 2021 until 1 February. The switching percentage only concerns the number of insured persons who have switched between health insurers risk bearer. Insured persons who have switched between 2 labels from 1 health insurer or from a collective to another insurance policy from the same health insurer are not counted as switching.
