Nepal Electricity Authority Tender

Nepal Electricity Authority NEA is planning launch of a smart system for monitoring all its sub-stations transformers and transmission lines across the country through online connections.Energy Competence Department under NEA said the system will be installed in all big sub-stations and large transformers all over country.The NEA would instal the online system in 325 big transformers located out of the Valley during the first phase.According to Lila Aryal Information Officer at NEA in a pilot project at present the department is testing the system in five small sub-stations of Kathmandu Valley. The officer added Once we are assured of its efficacy and reliability the system will gradually be extended to all sub-stations across the country.
