The work was carried out in close cooperation with the Provincial Conservator of Monuments. We have not forgotten that the Bytom hall is also a witness to history. From the end of September, from the modern local control center in Bytom, the duty officers will take care of safe traffic traffic on the section from Chorzow City to Radzionkow. Its effect is more efficient, safer and more comfortable travel by rail on the route from Katowice to Tarnowskie Gory and Lubliniec. From the nearest correction of the timetable (31.08), the travel time of trains on the section Chorzow Batory - Tarnowskie Gory will be shortened from the currently 40 minutes to about 33 minutes. The completion of all works on the line is planned at the end of 2025. The value of the investment is about PLN 1.5 billion net.
