On Wednesday the Supreme Council of Accounts organized a meeting dedicated to launching a digital platform to track the implementation of its recommendations.A statement to the Council stated that this meeting which was organized for the benefit of the official interlocutors in various government sectors general clerks general inspectors and central managers provided an opportunity to introduce and communicate about the legal framework to follow up on recommendations as well as the various practical functions offered by this platform.The adoption of this digital platform falls within the framework of downloading the strategic directions of the financial courts for the period 2022-2026 especially in its aspect related to improving the quality of recommendations and tracking their implementation and is in line with the best practices adopted in this field by international organizations of supreme audit institutions ISAI 12.The Council considers that the adoption of this digital platform will contribute along with other mechanisms and measures to increasing the added value of its oversight work and will therefore lead to the actual downloading of its recommendations by the subject bodies given the capabilities and tools provided by this platform for the various ministerial sectors for immediate tracking of the recommendations issued by Council and take the necessary measures to improve its performance.The effective and responsible involvement of the governments presidency and the various ministerial sectors will improve the management of public affairs which will have a positive impact on the performance of public agencies the effectiveness of the implementation and implementation of public projects and programmes and the proper use of public subsidies for the purposes set for them and consequently on the daily living of citizens improving the investment climate attracting wealth and creating job opportunities.
