The Ministry of Ecology Spatial Planning and UrbanPlanning has announced an international competition for the Conceptual Architectural Design of the primary school building in City Kvart in Podgorica.The subject of the competition is the development of the conceptual architectural design of the elementary school in City Kvart in Podgorica at UP 20 within the cadastral parcels no. 150346 and 150348 KO Podgorica I which is in the process of the Detailed Urban Plan Radoje Daki Official Gazette of Montenegro Municipal Regulations No.2312. The area of the competition is 18660.00 m.The competition works are expected to considering the existing urban values of the narrower and wider location i.e. spatial-urban and architectural-architectural characteristics adequately improve the visual identity of the block and offer an optimal functional solution of the planned program contents. An innovative approach is expected in spatial and architectural-design solutions as well as in the use of materials all in accordance with the purpose of the building.
