According to the General Law on State Registration which came into effect on 2018.11.01 the state registration of principles and types of activities and the provision of information on the state of the public service shall be created as soon as possible.This will be the first time the e-documents are provided by the state registration service and this solution will be implemented in October of this year. In other words a citizen receives an e-document for 32500 tugrugs for a first passport. It is the only non-VAT incentive to participate in the lottery and this solution is the primary service provided by public bodies.It also expands the current e-barimt app and charges above 32500 MNT per transaction. Specifically for a passport three payment documents are required for the passport - the state stamp fee 5000 the service fee 12500 and the fee for registration 15000 . Now you pay a fee of 300 . In other words these three transactions will cost at least 1200 MNT and time savings depending on the banks. Payments will be recorded in the system and will be faster to order your passport.In addition payments for remittance incentives in the e-barimt system can be made by the state registration authority. In other words you can deduct 32500 of your passport from accumulated bonuses.
