Electronic devices that have a dedicated and identifiable application program will be accepted with home and control machine functions. A Government decision in this regard was approved at the cabinet meeting of 27 February 2019.The purpose of the ruling is to lay down rules that will regulate cash settlements through various electronic devices designed to record cash transactions.Thus the use of different electronic devices will allow the issuance and transmission of a cash receipt or fiscal document in electronic form to the telephone number or e-mail address presented when the payer has paid the telephone or e-mail address .According to the aforementioned act within one month the Ministry of Finance will submit to the Government for approval the Technical Concept of the Electronic Information System Electronic Sales Monitoring and the Interdepartmental Commission for Cash and Control Equipment will approve within 6 Monday Technical Requirements for Home and Control Equipment.At the same time until the commissioning of the Automated Information System Electronic Sales Monitoring it is the responsibility of the State Tax Service to centrally manufacture the security seals suppliers seal and fiscal seal which will be used for the sealing of cash machines and control and tax printers.
