📋 Tender Overview
The goal of the project is the comprehensive transformation and testing of a new model of teaching the subject Defense of Ukraine in accordance with the requirements of the State Standard of Specialized Secondary Education.
In the course of 2024-2025, 7 centers for teaching the subject Defense of Ukraine were created in the Kharkiv region in educational institutions that carry out the educational process in a mixed format. Five centers operate on the basis of general secondary education institutions and provide education for students from 29 educational institutions. Two more centers were created on the basis of vocational education institutions.
The cells are equipped with modern equipment, including computer simulators for controlling unmanned aerial vehicles, interactive shooting simulators and tools for practicing first aid skills. This makes it possible to conduct practical classes with elements of tactical, medical and security training in conditions as close as possible to real ones.
Currently, the subject Defense of Ukraine is taught by 573 teachers in general secondary education institutions of the region, including 21 veterans of the War of Independence of Ukraine. Their practical experience contributes to the formation of students necessary competencies, patriotic outlook and awareness of personal responsibility for the security of the state.
The modern course Defense of Ukraine combines current knowledge, practical skills and patriotic education. Thanks to this, young people learn to act in conditions of risk, provide first aid, work in a team and take responsibility for safety issues. This approach contributes to the formation of a generation ready for the challenges of the present and the future.
