According to document No. 5655/BGDDT-GDPT, educational establishments must compare the number of registered textbooks with the number that has been equipped and supplied, clarify the missing quantity (if any) and the time to complete the supply. Departments of Education and Training synthesize the needs of each school and send them to NXBGDVN before August 25.
