Minister of Science and Education Emin Amrullayev met with the participants of the IV Maarifchi student-graduate program.
Welcoming the participants of the program, the Minister of Science and Education Maarifchi emphasized the importance of the student-graduate program in terms of young people getting to know the processes implemented in the field of science and education, gaining practical experience in a real work environment and professional development.
The minister noted that the development of young people should not be limited to the acquisition of theoretical knowledge, but should be completed with their experience and skills formed in the real work environment. In this regard, he said that the Maarifchi program gives the participants the opportunity to gain experience in various fields and to communicate directly with experts working in the field of science and education.
Emin Amrullayev advised young people to take advantage of the knowledge and experience gained during the program.
During the meeting, the questions of Educators regarding the education system were answered, and opinions were exchanged on priority issues. Emin Amrullayev spoke about the requirements of the modern era, the changing labor market, the importance of young people correctly determining their future career directions and taking a responsible approach to the choice of specialty. The minister also emphasized the importance of young peoples active participation in the science and education system, their knowledge and skills for future development.
It should be noted that the Maarifchi student-graduate program has been implemented since 2024 with the support of the Education Development Fund at the initiative of the Ministry of Science and Education. So far, 102 young people have graduated from the program. In the IV student-graduate program, 53 people got the opportunity to practice in the structural units and subordinate institutions of the Ministry of Science and Education, regional education offices, as well as in the Ministry of Education of the Nakhchivan Autonomous Republic.
