Former CEAR Managing Director MD Hendry Chimwaza has had his name engraved on one of CEARs building after one of the buildings at Limbe head office was named after him on 30 July 2019.The Capacity Building Centre behind the main administration building in Limbe has been named Hendry Chimwaza Capacity Building Centre and will house a team of engineers and instructors who train members of staff prospective train drivers and train assistants on Trains Working Regulations TWR and other related programs.Chimwaza served as CEAR Managing Director for 12 years from 2006 to April 2018 and worked for the railway transport operator for a total of 38 years.
