Macau Financial Institutions Tender

In line with the anti-epidemic work of the SAR government after the Monetary Authority of Macau has coordinated and communicated with the Association of Banks and Insurance Associations the business outlets of all banks and insurance institutions in Macau will continue from June 27 to July 1 2022 Monday to Friday. External services are suspended. Citizens and merchants can contact relevant financial institutions if they need emergency services.Banks will set up hotlines during the suspension of services at branches to facilitate citizens and merchants in need of emergency services to call and handle urgent business including salary payment. Online banking mobile banking automated teller machine ATM and other self-service channels will continue to operate normally while the due date of local settlement loan credit card repayment and time deposit due date will be postponed to the next business day .During this period the insurance company will ensure that the renewal policy is effectively processed such as deferred payment if citizens and businesses have urgent needs or inquiries they can call their respective insurance companies during office hours.Contact information of each institution can be found on its official website or the HKMA website . The HKMA will provide support to maintain the operation of the above-mentioned financial system and the external services of the HKMA will continue to be suspended.
