In application of Article L. 223-1 of the Labor Code, the rate of the monthly minimum social wage is adapted to the application rate 944.43 of the weighted cost of living index from January 1, 2025.
The level of the minimum social wage corresponding to the application rate 944.43 of the sliding wage scale is set as follows from this date: (279.30 at index 100) Age Monthly rate Hourly rate from the age of 18 2,637.79 15.2473 from 17 to 18 years old 2,110.23 12.1979 from 15 to 17 years old 1,978.34 11.4355 The level of the minimum social wage for qualified employees within the meaning of the provisions of Article L. 222-4 of the Labor Code is set at 3,165.35 euros per month from January 1, 2025.
